What is Gooey?

Gooey puts a green effect on the shuttle. The next opponent who hits it is rooted for about 2 to 3 seconds in the awakenings guide. That is long enough to lose a 1v1 point if they cannot Freeze the shuttle. The meta table ranks it A and calls it the best kill tool in 1v1. A shorter tier list called it S. Both agree on the mode. A Gomu user can answer it by freezing if that ability is ready, so wait until Freeze is down.
